It is natural that Amateur or Professional teams that set short-term rather than long-term goals are not able to train footballers to the professional A-team level. The fact that the players in the infrastructure do not have a long-term training plan and that these programs do not meet the needs of the player in time causes the player to remain incomplete and inadequate in the future. Due to the lack of time and lack of work, the performance of the player is not at the desired or expected level.
